The first lesson for A-Level OCR Criminal Law (Paper 1:B). Covers: What we mean by the word “crime” The role of the state and the judiciary The elements of a crime (actus and mens) The final task requires the OCR Law 1 textbook. A newer version is available. You are welcome to change these slides to fit your own needs.

This is a booklet containing the 5 Articles covered in the OCR spec. It also includes Article 1 for notes surrounding the obligations placed on the state. It is free To be used to facilitate note-taking at A-Level, with cases, statutes etc to be annotated around the outside of the definitions.

A 2-hour lesson on an overview of the courts system, including worksheets. One of the worksheets is within the slides - it is based on our own area (Norwich) so you can absolutely change for photos of your nearest courts. In addition, there are tasks based on the OCR textbooks.
